What new functionality do you need?

When the PR in ufs-weather-model: ufs-community/ufs-weather-model#2072 is merged and the global-workflow is updated to point to this hash, the wave restart files stored as ICs will need to be updated. This issue is here to track that.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

Add new restarts for WW3 for anything used in CI testing.

Acceptance Criteria

g-w CI tests pass with updated model from PR mentioned above.

I will provide any required update IC when this happens, just want everyone to be aware that this is needed.
