Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to refactor geo-deep-learning to be modular, composable and maintainable.

Describe the solution you'd like
geo-deep-learning will be refactored to use pytorch lightning and follow best practices. The refactoring will follow this architecture:

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Using torchgeo for all experiments?
  • Using MMSegmentation toolbox?

Refer to TorchGeo for guidance.
