• Desired Impact -> Expected Impact (direction?)
• KPI descriptions -> Sarah will be developing descriptions, but for now it's generic Latin placeholder (Kpi Descriptions #263)
• Maintenance expense -> needs to be a higher-level category -> requires further discussion on this type of concern. (Move Maintenance Expense to KPI level #264)
