Add initial results pop up modal to display the result

  • should have a buffer page for loading process before results are fetched
  • Should have 3 sections: summary, wind resources, energy production
  • handle error page

The results UI is changed to a right pane, similar style to https://globalwindatlas.info/en/ where left click on the map will set the marker location and send request to api backend for results to display on right pane.
