Changes and additions, variables are cool!

Added a few new scalar functions: DateDiff, Sleep, Print, FormatDateTime and FormatNumeric.

Also added variable support which are defined as they are executed and fully support expressions, so you can now do stuff like:

declare @StartTime = DateTimeUTC()

exec Sleep(1000)

exec Print('Duration: ' + FormatNumeric(DateDiff(@StartTime, DateTimeUTC(), 'ms'), 'n0') + 'ms')
