Create Dummy data

In the backend, in the sabaibiometrics/management/commands, there exists a file called create_dummy_data.py.

Currently, the file only creates some very simple dummy data.

Update the file such that it adds in dummy values for all tables.

Reason is to easily test the app by populating it with dummy value.
