Possible solutions depending on meds requirements

1. Medicine order needs to be linked to each diagnosis —> redesign needed
2. Medicine order doesn't need to be linked to each diagnosis —> What to show under “Records” column? (everything else in the consultation will be shown in a pop-up)
   2.1. All diagnoses for that consult
   2.2. Dosage instruction for that order (This would require the doctor to retype that out for each medicine order, 1 for diagnosis and 1 for dosage intstructions)
