Can this QAT model fit the original YOLOv7's detect.py/test.py ?

Just like the title,
I want to do QAT the use the original YOLOv7's detect.py/test.py.
How to I save the model and then load it by detect.py/test.py ?
Would it work if I do not save the model in onnx format ?
