"7g.40gb" configuration missing in examples/config.yaml

I think this config is missing in examples/config.yaml, to be exhaustive with the list of configurations compatible with the single strategy

      all-7g.40gb:
        - devices: all
          mig-enabled: true
          mig-devices:
            "7g.40gb": 1

I didn't include it because there is no useful scenario where you would actually want to do this.
The same could be said for all-4g.20gb which I also omitted.

the way I see it useful is to use as much as possible of the GPU power, while keeping it in MIG mode, if for instance a reboot of the node is required to turn off the MIG mode
