Display on the top of the page a uniformly random selection of two cards, that are considered "already drafted".

The webpage index.php, for both Shadow/ and Fellowship/ folders, should show a message saying "Voici les X cartes déjà draftées :", after the random selection of cultures (Moria, Isengard, etc) and before the choice of one card to pick.

Of course, the X cards (X=2 should be good) that were already drafted will become unavailable from the selection of cards from which the random selection of N cards is made (N=3 for Shadow or Fellowship, 5 for Magic).
