System identification logic in .bashrc for $PATH #13

Setup bashrc to read system (lsb_release -si) and set $PATH appropriately. Should have seperate /bin directories for binaries compiled on different systems. Could also use bashrc to detect if fish shell is installed and then launch if so. This would allow bash to remain official system shell.
