Consolidate server configuration/settings for different OS/Releases #49

Usually the configuration for services (apache, nginx, mysql) don't differ much between different distributions so it would make sense to consolidate them in a single repository.

Possible configuration templates/files:

  • pi.cfg
  • privacyideaapp.wsgi
  • privacyidea.conf (apache)
  • privacyidea-cron
  • privacyidea-logrotate
  • FreeRADIUS config (ubuntu installs them from the FreeRADIUS git checkout)
