What happened?

The following example should produce a warning (error?) on construction of the TimeSeries object and an error when calling nwbExport

Steps to Reproduce

nwb = tests.factory.NWBFile();
ts = types.core.TimeSeries( ...
    'data', 1:5, 'timestamps', 1:10, 'data_unit', 'n/a');
nwb.acquisition.set('ts', ts);
nwbExport(nwb, 'temp.nwb')
