create quick filter for member directory

The member directory block will have a set of options to turn on a "Filtered Search". Only system, common and member fields of the following types can be part of a filtered search:

dropdown
radio button
multiple choice
multiple choice with extra charge
radio buttons with extra charge

There should be a limit of up to 5 facets that can be turned on. Once turned on the system will return all the valid values for each field from the directory result and render them with the number of valid results displayed next to the facet.

One or more facets can be activated and combined with others to limit the criteria for the results.

There will also be a way to clear all the facet options.

As filters are selected, the search results will be filtered in the member directory.
