Fallback login process

Currently

If the user doesn't have nxm:// links configured properly, they cannot log in. The user is offered a fallback code but is unable to use it.

We want

Implement a way for the user to paste their fallback token if normal login fails. You can look at Vortex for a good example of how this works.
