Unsupported on SDL Cloud with DXA2.2

SDL Support state:
DXA container framework only works on DXA 1.x, not on DXD 2.2 regardless of whether it is deployed on Cloud or on-premise.
using the DXA container framework with DXA 2.2 will not work at this time.

DXA 2.2 will be supported in v1.2. I hope I can get some time the next-coming week to have a look on this. We can perhaps limit this to a .NET only release to start with.
