log in portainer are not synchronize on real hour in France

Portainer don't use hour from summer/winter

change time zone for host by : sudo timedatectl set-timezone Europe/Paris, but still issue on web interface (all my container are fix on TZ: Europe/Paris)

edit /etc/timezone with Europe/Paris and mount in container, not works. from https://github.com/orgs/portainer/discussions/9342

try to change image to an alpine and change TZ with :
docker exec portainer date && docker exec portainer apk add && docker exec portainer apk add tzdata && docker exec portainer ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Paris /etc/localtime && docker exec portainer date

not works too
