Readme file does not explain how to use the cerberus Client

Dear contributers, I am trying to implement this cerberus client in my project for team however it is not clear how to use it unlike the https://github.com/Nike-Inc/cerberus-python-client. There it is described how to install the package and how to use it.

If possible please revise the readme so it is usable for nodejs based applications.
