Regarding #115, I no longer work at NoRedInk, and don't have write access to this repo anymore (and frankly don't want to do any more maintenance), but could contact my old colleagues to give someone else write access if anyone wants to maintain this gem. CC @BrianHicks @omnibs

Hey @michaelglass ... we are using rspec retry for a long time and I could do some work on it. I did help out on some other gems on smaller issues and feel like it's time to do some more work in open source.

hey @aka47! I just merged #121, which should set clearer expectations around maintenance here. Basically: if you want to fork this repo and keep it up to date, feel free! Let us know if you decide to do that and we'll link to it to let folks know where new development is happening.
