Describe the bug
The following simulation - NorESMhub/noresm3_dev_simulations#61 - showed unrealistic cloud cover as well as other problematic behavior.
This has been narrowed down to the oslo-aero port in noresm2_5_016_cam6_4_041.

Please provide a clear and concise description of what the bug is.

  • NorESM version: noresm2_5_alpha08c
  • HPC platform: betzy
  • Compiler (if applicable): intel
  • Compset (if applicable): N1850 and NF1850
  • Resolution (if applicable): ne30pg3_ne30pg3_mtn14 and ne30pg3_tn14
  • Error message (if applicable):
