Generate and save the customer reference when we import the orders

When we import the orders, we seem to have the customer profile with the firstname, last name, and the email address but we don't seem to have the customer reference.

We should generate a customer reference for every customer that we access and save it into the database.

If we were also able to export the customer-reference we could also cold start the segments
