Both the gamemode switcher and swapper accessed using F3 keybinds will fail even though the given player has access to the /gamemode command.

This is not a mod problem.
Gamemode permission don't give access to f3 keybind, you need some permission level
Maybe 3 level? Im not sure

I made a mod, Gamemode Unrestrictor to bypass the issue entirely.
