If post has images but no featured image, use the first image as a featured image #10

Some pages have images but don't have a set feature image. In this case, (example blog post here: https://www-dev1.open-bio.org/2019/03/13/a-week-of-open-source-adventures-in-san-diego/ ) we should make sure to set the first image to act as the feature image.
