This feature request needs more detail to valid. "Ranked voting system" could mean a lot of things.

I was referring to a question with multiple choices. Instead of selecting only one answer, you assign each an order of preference.

As in a ballot such as described in https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ranked_voting
