Windows agent version : test with 2.9.2 and 2.10.1

Problem's description

the OCS Inventory Service throw error
Service encounter error <Can't launch OCS Inventory Agent (牃慥整牐捯獥⁳牅潲㩲䔠牲牯挠摯⁥′‽敌映捩楨牥猠楣楦⃩獥⁴湩牴畯慶汢⹥†)>.
and inventory is never send to the server
