[Request] add option to scan users installed programs #281

Like the issue #163 I would have user installed softwares sent to the OCS server.
the plugin mentioned in this issue doesn't seems to work anymore.
An option into the agent would be nice, as GLPI works with its own agent for the Inventory part : https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi-agent/blob/develop/bin/glpi-agent#L255
It could be an option into the config file of the agent.
