It would be interesting to be able to access the building report in a JSON file.This would allow to:

  • Script easily around the results. For instance, it would be used on websites, with javascript, to show results for a particular package.
  • Scale, since the current HTML page is quite big already (esp. regarding memory footprint), and it is likely to get worse. Indeed, there will be new versions of current packages, and, hopefully, new packages as well. Split the HTML report in pages may be a way to mitigate the issue for HTML report, but a JSON representation of data tends to be much more scalable.
