Once #4036 is done. Add a simple display for users to see the messages they've sent/received.

Designs TBC.

Would prefer to keep this one as a 'maybe' since i'm not sure if this makes things more clear for the end users as we are still sending messages by email. Maybe a first rough sketch of the flow before designing it?
