Announce of SRC-Link Control Panel Web Service Update

Upcoming ver0.6.0 production image deployed.

Changes

• New feature: Introduce "External Connection" that allows SRC-Link connects to external SRT servers such as vMix, SRT MiniServer, Nimble Streamer etc...

  External Connections are just SRT listen endpoints, SRC-Link Control Panel manages SRT connection info which guest's client receives.

  Once slot is reserved by External Servers, the host will not be able to create a downlink to the slot.

  (Please note SRC-Link CP cannot control these external SRT server's passphrase/stream ID right now. You should match passphrase/stream ID between SRC-Link CP and external SRT servers manually)

  External Connections are displayed in under the receiver detail.
  Also your team operator who has staff roles can manage External Connections.

  

• New feature: Introduce connection management functionality. Your all downlink connections (Including External Connections) are listed in under the Receiver detail and able to remove from Control Panel directly.

• Updated subscription plan's features: We expand subscription plan's features below to improve convenience.

  Free plan:

  • Max # of Members / Receiver: 8 -> 12
  • Max Time of Continuous Receiving / Slot: 1 hour -> 2 hours

  Supporter plan:

  • Max # of Members / Receiver: 16 -> 50

  Standard plan:

  • Max # of Members / Receiver: 48 -> 150

  Your plan already upgraded with new features

• Improve security: Passphrase will be generated randomly every slot changes.

• Improve security: Update WebSocket authentication. Client logout will occur when OAuth token is expired to eliminate infinite reconnecting.
