Add livestock feed

Feed This we have discussed before and would be an important addition to the livestock intensification representation. This is again quite simple in terms of the model implementation, but getting the ratio right for the different pastures might be a little trickier (or we do it as a straight conversion to TLU or Sheep eq.).
