Add crop trade

Trade we have already introduced in some models, and while it is a bit of a complication I actually think it will give us some added tools and flexibility in calibrating the model and preventing large shifts. By playing with trade prices/volumes we can make sure we are getting roughly the right costs/prices for the corresponding volumes.
