Tashkeel -- vowels

Tashkeel (Arabic vowels, harakah) has been an unsolved issue in searching text. With V4.7c, we introduce three levels of tashkeel:

1. No vowels, 2. Standard, 3. Tajweed

All data is based on spelling#3 above. When the other levels are selected, words containing different forms of alif or hamzah are not recognized. This brings three issues related to each other:

1. Info dialog fails in these words, cannot show root and meaning
2. Finder fails in the same words, cannot find words
3. When Finder reports its findings, these words are not marked blue

Correction requires

1. word-by-word comparison of the Arabic texts and adding the alternative spelling into the related files for roots and meanning.
2. sending to Finder text with no vowels
