Look for data:

Housing price by city, type or region; house price index
Rent by city
Housing attributes such as average home size, rental unit volume.
Housing supply growth
Housing ownership
Construction cost etc.
any relevant data for predicting housing affordability

After that:

upload the dataset in your Kaggle notebook.
write script to clean up the data- remove null values, check for data types, remove irrelevant columns
add comments that explains about data and data columns
