Saria's Song and Navi Provide Known Hints

Due to randomizer setting flags in a non-linear fashion, the responses from Saria and Navi are nonsensical and confusing to casual players. Adding the ability to read back hints you have seen from gossip stones would alleviate this issue, and help a player remember their hints without having to stop by all the gossip stones again.

Saria will repeat back all of the hints you have read. Either Navi provides a random hint that you have already read, making her a limited version of Saria, or (accept8605's proposal) provide a hint for the first item not yet obtained in the spoiler log.

Previous attempts at implementing these in #644 and #659 respectively were rejected due to the author's conduct.

Personally I like the idea of Saria repeating hints, but I would prefer for Navi not to give hints, as I have an idea for multiworld-specific hints that could be given by Navi.
