Is there an existing issue for this?

Feature Description

The registration is working, but only on the backend. When registering and logging in on the website, it does not redirect to the user's profile or display any of the user's details. Also, there is no option to log out.

Use Case

User Section helps user to see their details.
Logout Button helps the user to logout their profile .

@GAVINESHWAR @jeevan10017 please assign this to me as I had already worked on previous issue #285 and there I found this issue.

@SRV30 Instead of creating a logout button in navbar. Create the profile icon if the user gets login. Make a dropdown for it, showing view profile and logout.
