as observed during the PoC development under #936 for https://github.com/EOEPCA/roadmap/issues/41: the current RWX volumes we have for calrissian (as initially set up in https://github.com/eu-cdse/openeo-cdse-infra/issues/267) are pretty unstable. We need to figure out a solution to have stable RWX support
