Mandatory Attributes defined across the TAPI Versions needs correction

Scope of this Issue:

This issue is created to address the corrections required in Mandatory,Optional,Conditional Attributes

Need to address the correction required for the Mandatory,Optional,Mandatory attributes that are defined in TAPI RIA, as few of the attributes defined are not mandatory for specific use cases, while few Optional & Conditional attributes need a detailed description.

This issue is a place holder, where attributes, Use cases that needs correction need to be updated here.

Applicability of Such changes:

Proposal is following, changes that are accepted in the latest versions of TAPI is applicable to all previous versions of TAPI for ex : Any changes that's approved by the TST members upon Voting, Reasoning in the latest version if TAPI 2.6/TAPI 2.7 is applicable to all the previous TAPI versions.

Examples of Few Mandatory Attributes that needs corrections:

Power related attributes OTSi Connection End Point Spec & it need to be applicable to OTSiA CSEP,OTSi CSEP,MC CEP too.

Similarly Temperature Attributes
