Scope of Change:

Attribute Type for Switch Control UUID , Name need to be corrected from Mandatory to Optional or Conditional

Applicability of Such changes:

Proposal is following, changes that are accepted in the latest versions of TAPI is applicable to all previous versions of TAPI for ex : Any changes that's approved by the TST members upon Voting, Reasoning in the latest version if TAPI 2.6/TAPI 2.7 is applicable to all the previous TAPI versions.

Reason for Such Change:

User can not perform any operations upon Switch objects, so need for its parameters UUID, Name as Mandatory attributes to be further assessed and discussed , further corrected upon approval as discussed
