Why in "Classic Explorer Settings" (with Open Shell 4.4.160) on Windows 10, is there no option to "show caption on the title bar" and no option for "Show icon in the title bar" under title bar setting of Classic Explorer? .... I have Open Shell 4.4.160 also installed on Windows 7 and that install has both options I mentioned above, but on Windows 10 it has neither. Why?
