guides/grow-contributor-group.md and guides/growing-your-contributors.md seem nearly identical; should we de-duplicate? I presume we should remove guides/grow-contributor-group.md since it has a broken image embed.

Similarly, guides/roadmap-and-communications.md and guides/marketing-publicity-roadmaps-and-comms.md are duplicates. I believe guides/marketing-publicity-roadmaps-and-comms.md should be retained.

Also, guides/recruiting-maintainers-conflict.md needs to be merged with guides/promoting-maintainers-and-handling-conflict.md; one has an embedded image but the other has a metadata description.
