There should be some language when the user has submitted a report for a listing along the lines of:

We have received your report
It will take us 12-24 hours to review the listing and remove it if we find it is in violation of our whatever policy
Please contact us [email protected] if the listing hasn't been taken down or you have further questions.

The idea behind this language is that it shows good faith and it shows that reports aren't going into some black hole.

Bonus points would be to immediately block the listings from the site locally for that user (not sure how).
