Add pagination to the Recent History page

  Clicking the "see more" button from the latest contribution section on home page links to the Recent History page (https://openbeta.io/edit) which only displays a short list of edits instead of all them.

One option would be to add pagination the data set and limit the results to the last 30 days or less. It's probably not feasible or useful to display the entire history of edits of here. Not sure what the limits are...

Adding additional subheading and text that explain the purpose of this page would also help improve. Maybe something like. "Login to see you edits and additional history"?
