Feature Request: Subscribe to Updates/Commits

It would be great to be able to subscribe to e-mail notification of any updates to the docs (/commits to the repo's main branch). Unless I'm mistaken, subscribing to commits is not as easy as you'd expect in GitHub, so a native functionality on the docs site to subscribe to docs updates would be great.
