Show Org name also in stats and graphs

We have split off the Org name to a separate field.

For the dropdowns and graphs in stats this means they now only show the service name. It's better if we would also show the org name. We can just let Stats glue this back together to "SP name | Orgname", or find another way to neatly display this information.
