Password resets over email?

What was the status of this again? I know for a fact that ODR's password reset emails aren't making it to my UofA email addresses, at the very least...

Would be really nice to get this working properly so we can close the security hole of having admins able to set passwords of other users (#108), and can make a proper "you have been invited to join ODR" system...
