Possible Enhancement to Add while reworking the User Management

Description of the issue

This Issue collects some of the Possible enhancements to add, that were discussed while working on the User Management.

The following Enhancement are discussed:

• Tidy up the underlying database structure, this involves possible decoupling the information saved in the loginmyuser table
• Add the feature to remove an account completley
• Add the feature to transfer owenrship of scenario bundles
