Following example of tlg5034.tlg001a.perseus-grc1 #2620:

  • Re-add print page numbers where needed
  • Add third level of CTS designated "part" (poem/line/part)
  • Distinguish between indented and non-indented paragraphs for each cts "part"
  • Add xml:base to all CTS levels
  • Add tag <label xml:lang="lat"> to lowercase letters where needed
  • Add <quote rend="blockquote"> for quotations and remove extraneous <lb/> tags that were previously used in these situations
  • Change notes that indicate witnesses to <note xml:lang="lat" type="witness" n="..."/>
  • Correct misplaced text and comment out unused materials that may be result of OCR or data entry errors — generally at bottom of print pages
  • Tag or mark any non-Greek as appropriate (search for non-Greek content)
  • Add <bibl> tag for obvious references

Note:
The designation "part" indicates the line part as noted in the text (generally) by lowercase Roman alphabet letters. In instances where an indentation appears in print, an attempt has been made to preserve this as it is a significant distinction. The limitations of this structure mean a less nuanced presentation. In cases where no lowercase letter appears (line number only) an "x" has been used in place of "a." Some print errors (?) may have resulted in duplicate letters, and in these instances, "aa", "bb", etc., has been used to indicate a second appearance of the letter. There are rare cases where a different line number is nested within a parent line/part, and when obvious, the differing line number is used to designate the part instead of the lowercase letter.
