We should make sure the project stays firmly focused on the primary target audience which are lay trainers and testing whether the product has been made as easy to use and relevant as possible first - with anything else for the software community coming in as a second priority at a later stage. As such, we need to create a non-developer portal for the project that can be used by lay-users. There also really is no formal communication channel for primary target users for problems and feedback. So, a website with a bug submission feature, etc. could be very helpful for this.
