Make tableaux signed/unsigned per tag #176

Add a tag that turns signed into unsigned tableaux (no T/F signs, tableau closes when A and \lnot A is on branch).

Signed tableaux can directly be generalized to many-valued logic, but unsigned tableaux are a bit simpler and more familiar from intro courses.
