Fix JUnit failures

There are some JUnit failures to do with the Bootstrap 4 theme. These should be fixed to get a clean passing test suite.

In the meantime, run the GreenSuite to get a passing green JUnit run. If an error/failure appears in the green suite run, then a change has caused a new issue, and it should be fixed before the change is delivered.
